Henryk Tomaszewski (1914–2005) was a pioneer in graphic design in post-war Poland. As co-founder of the Polish School of Posters, he influenced whole generations of Polish and international graphic designers. Despite this, his work was only recognised shortly after World War II. The unique vocabulary he used still inspires designers the world over. Our exhibition retraces over 50 years of his artistic career.
